At RE Advisory, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We start by understanding what you're trying to accomplish, then work with you to develop the right plan. Depending on your goals, that may include property management, asset management, owner representation, project management, operational leadership, or coordinating a team of trusted real estate professionals.

Founded by Randy Ebertowski and Andrea DeLaune, RE Advisory combines more than 50 years of commercial real estate leadership experience.

Randy has more than 23 years of experience leading the operations of complex commercial real estate portfolios valued at more than $800 million. His background includes property management, operations, budgeting, capital planning, maintenance oversight, vendor management, and capital improvement projects across large retail and commercial properties.

Andrea's experience includes asset management, property management, commercial leasing, portfolio leadership, project management, tenant improvements, and asset repositioning across retail, office, multifamily, condominium, homeowners association, and single-family properties. She also holds a Wisconsin real estate license.

One thing we've learned throughout our careers is that successful properties don't depend on one person—they depend on the right team. That's why we work closely with a trusted network of brokers, leasing professionals, lenders, attorneys, architects, engineers, contractors, accountants, and other specialists. When additional expertise is needed, we help assemble the right team and keep everyone focused on the owner's goals.
